Meet The Reservations Team

Our Reservations Team is where the Rocks Group journey begins. Meet Reservations Manager Cindy, and team members Mickela, Tya, and Tavia.

“Your experience starts with us and we’re just trying to make this first interaction as pleasurable as it can be. We hope to build relationships with customers and that guests can look forward to booking with us because we love when there’s lots of reservations being made”, says team member Mickela. Her sentiment echoes throughout the department as the teams exude enthusiasm for great guest experience.

Last season, reservations became a centralised system, meaning all enquiries regarding Rocks Group come to the experienced Reservations Team, many of which have in-restaurant training, enhancing their knowledge of the company and operations. 

Tavia is proud of the team, saying “I especially like that we function as a body. With 3 different restaurants to deal with, it’s nice knowing that we can depend on each other and that one person is just as needed as the other. We especially love that Cindy and Tya are able to relay their experiences with us as they once worked in the restaurants”. 

Every detail is considered and elevated at Rocks Group which evident from the centralised Reservations Team.
