While most of our readers may have enjoyed a long lunch on the rocks with a cocktail in hand, they may not be familiar with the Tapas Journey. If this describes you, fear not! We’re here to walk you through the popular lunch series.

Available daily on our Lunch Menu, the Tapas Journey features eleven beloved tapas dishes, put together by our talented team, with every flavour and ingredient considered.

At XCD$250 per person for eleven dishes, the value here simply can’t be denied! Dive into the journey with a lunch date or get a group involved!

The Tapas Journey with our house-made Focaccia Bread with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic oil, and continues on to Fried Corn Ribs, Gratinated Potato Skins, and the iconic and always-requested Chicken Croquettes. The menu goes on to feature Buffalo Burrata with confit tomatoes , local Yellow-Fin Tuna Tartare, and Beer-Battered Lobster & Shrimp. Once May comes around, lobster season closes and lobster comes off all of our menus – so enjoy it this month while you can! Next, the Miso-Baked Aubergine is complimented well by our Spice Lamb Meatballs with Tahini Yoghurt, before another fan favourite; Glazed Sticky Pork. End the journey with our Salted Caramel Custard Tart, with tea-poached peaches, walnut praline, and yoghurt ice cream!
