Return and Cancellation Policy

Rocks Group and their Subordinates: Sheer Rocks, Catherine’s Café, Rokuni, and Rocks Box ensure the accuracy of each order taken and sent out.

Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt.

Perishable goods and any deli items must be returned 24 hours after receiving them. Returned perishables and Deli items may only be accepted in their original packaging and condition.

The return of all merchandise (clothing, bags, art, CDs, cups, plates, etc.) is allowed 30 days with the addition of all product accessories, manuals, etc. in original packaging and condition.

If any product is received damaged, customers are asked to immediately send photo evidence to Rocks Group at +1(268) 463-6161 as well as an order confirmation. Such damaged goods should be returned in their original packaging within 72 hours.

Pre-Approval is required for credit and or refunds by Rocks Group.

Cancellations for parties smaller than 12 persons, restaurant reservations, and pool or bed packages will receive a full refund once cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice of the reservation or order. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be issued a refund and the full amount will be held.

For groups of 12 or more persons, cancellations of restaurant reservations and pool or bed packages must occur with 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
